Specially formed 4-star blades ensure that the ground is crumbled to a perfect consistency for plants, to a depth of 15-20 cm. The cultivator has 12 inch diameter tines and will rotovate/cultivate to that depth. The transportation wheel can also be easily removed. The handle can be adjusted according to body height, and can also be adjusted sideways to avoid compression of the soil or disturbance of planted areas. A ridging plough accessory and a wider tine extension accessory, which inreases the working width to approximately 80cm, are available as optional extras for the AL-KO MH5001R cultivator. A bottle of 4-stroke engine oil is included with this rotavator.
