Its balanced design makes transport across the garden easier, with reduced dimensions for compact storage. Ideal for gardens with lots of trees and bushy shrubs, branches are cut and crushed to produce chips with a larger surface area, promoting faster composting. The low impact cutting system on the Silentec 4000 also reduces noise, ideal for gardens in noise sensitive environments. Features: The gear shredding system pulls material through, saving the operator from feeding long branches through by hand. The unique cutting technique, where the material is pressed against the reverse roller then crushed and cut, ensures maximum output with mimimum noise. Should the feed unexpectedly block - just turn the switch and reverse the feed to free the obstruction.
