- Product Prices: All our prices quoted to you are fully inclusive of discount, UK VAT, and delivery to your preferred address on the UK mainland. However, because of the costly courier charges to the Scottish Highlands area (principally IV, KW, PA, and PH postcodes), there is a delivery charge of £23.50 (inclusive of VAT) for walk-behind lawn mowers and accessories for lawn tractors to these areas. For garden tractors to the Scottish Highlands area, there is a delivery charge of £47 (inclusive of VAT).
- Payment: We offer a secure means of ordering and paying for your products via this site. Alternatively, you can order and pay by telephone (01452-616169) or pay by cheque (made payable to Cheltenham Mower Services).
- We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods you order before your order can be accepted. Our acceptance of your order will bring into existence a legally binding contract between us. Acceptance will occur on either the debiting of your credit card or the clearance of your cheque. A contract will not affect your statutory rights
- Delivery: Delivery of products is usually 1-2 days from receipt of order and clearance of payment. You will be informed at the time of ordering of the expected delivery date.
- Products will be despatched to your preferred address directly from our distributors. A detailed receipt, together with a copy of the credit card payment receipt, will be posted separately to you on the same day
- Product Warranties: All garden machinery products carry the appropriate manufacturers' warranties. Warranty information displayed in our online catalogue applies to DOMESTIC use of products. For COMMERCIAL use, different warranties usually apply - please enquire for details.
- Cancellation Rights:You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, commencing from the day after the day you receive the goods. However, you must ensure that the goods remain unused and are retained in their original packaging. You must return them within 15 days of the date of their delivery to you to our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods within 30 days of the date of cancellation provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the the condition they were in when delivered to you.
- Faulty Goods: If the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those you ordered, you may return them after notifying us of the problem with the goods and your intention to return them. You must return them within 30 days of the date of their delivery to you to our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will refund the price you paid for such goods provided that the goods are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
- Privacy Policy: Cheltenham Mower Services are committed to protecting your privacy and collect only the information about the consumer that is submitted at the time of ordering or enquiring about our goods and services. The information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) will be used only for the purposes of fulfilling orders and answering enquiries.
- Consumers' personal details and handled with total confidentiality and stored securely by Cheltenham Mower Services. Such details will never be passed to third parties nor be used by us to send you marketing material.
