As the shaft on the Stiga SBC 226JD is split you can interchange the head with either a hedge trimmer or pole pruner attachment.

A Tap ‘N’ go nylon line head and 3 tooth metal blade are supplied as standard. The Tap ‘N’ go cutting system means the user can renew the line as it wears by tapping the head on the ground when the machine is in use. This simple action releases more line.
